Welcome prospective delegates of KULMUN 2018!
At whatever MUN Conference you go, the delegates are the fuel of the debate. It is their motivation, planning and skill that will develop the proceedings of the committee. For over 7 years the KULMUN Association has had the privilege to host a fascinating mix of dedicated students from all over the world.
KULMUN 2018 will be our 8th Conference and will take place from Tuesday 6 until Saturday 10 March 2018 in the city of Leuven, Belgium. The theme of this edition will be “Refocus: Changing the scene of International Politics” (Learn more about it here). We very much look forward to meeting you there.
The KULMUN Conference Team.

AFTER YOUR APPLICATION
After the end of every application wave, you will be contacted via mail to inform you of your attributed state and of general information regarding the conference. Always check your spam as some mails might wind up to be there.
Please take in mind that you might have to wait for a feedback mail due to other activities of our members.
Leuven is a relatively small city, which brings undeniable advantages regarding the atmosphere, but can offer some difficulties in finding suitable accommodation. We therefore warmly recommend our delegates to stay at IBIS as there are not that many other hotels/hostels in the rest of Leuven. A list of those can be found here. Always take into account the walking distances when selecting your accommodation (Most sessions and activities will take place in the south-eastern quarter of Leuven).
